Use the (3D-printed) Attachable Knee Strap Mount with our iPad Cooling Case to secure your iPad to your leg giving you easy and steady access to the iPad while ensuring it stays cool with the Cooling Case.
The (3D-printed) Attachable Knee Strap Mount attaches to our iPad Cooling Cases via the standard AMPS mounting holes using 4 x M4 screws.
When attached to an iPad cooling case, insert an elastic strap (that is up to 5cm or 2" wide) and roughly 50-60cm (or 20-24") long, and that can be used to secure the iPad cooling case to your leg.
Easily rotate the iPad from portrait to landscape as required.
Instructions to get the 3D file (.STL):

- check out.
- Complete the order, and
- a link will be sent to your email to download the 2 files.
NOTE:
- You are downloading a 3D file that needs to be 3D printed.
- We DO NOT provide any warranty for your 3D-printed parts.
- The Physical Knee Strap Mount depicted in the images is 3D printed with ABS using an FDM 3D printer and is for reference only.
- The images/video also show how the 3D-printed Knee Strap Mount attaches to an iPad Mini 6/7 Cooling Case using 4 x M4 screws and a 5cm x 50cm elastic strap with hook-and-loop.
- The 3D-printed Knee Strap Mount was printed with ABS using 25% infill and 4 Wall Loops.

More On Using Our Cooling Case
Stress Free Use Of the iPad Mini
No need to worry or check if the iPad is getting too hot. The built-in temperature sensor will monitor the back of the iPad and trigger the fans when it is over 32°C and cool it down. Mount it or place it at a spot that is convenient for you, even if it has to be in the sun.
Portable Enough For Everyday Use
You can leave the iPad Mini in the Cooling Case and use it as an everyday case. It gives access to most of the features including the cameras, buttons and charging. It is slim enough to carry around and doesn't take up any extra space in a flight bag.
Mounting Options For Pilots
The Cooling Case can be mounted using different RAM Mounts and other knee straps such as the MyClip or AppStrap. More info here: link.
