Orders Processing & Shipping

We currently have the Cooling Case of the iPad Mini 4 & 5 in stock and it usually takes about 1-2 working days to process the order and ship it.

* In the event that we are out of stock and in the process of manufacturing, please sign up to be notified when stock is back in. It usually should be back within a couple of weeks unless there is a supply chain issue. 

Returns/Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item (date you received it, not ordered) to request a return. For change of mind returns, return shipping will be at your own expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us on our Contact Us Page. If your return is accepted, please ship it (preferably with a tracking number to ensure that the return doesn't get lost). Once we receive the returned product and checked that everything is in order, we will process the refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds & Timeline

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

The overall processing timeframe can also be affected by return shipping delays. So expect around 2-3 weeks (typical) for this process.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Warranty 

We provide a one year manufacturer's warranty for the Wombat Ware product ("Product") from the date of original purchase and it covers manufacturing defects only.

Wombat Ware limited warranty applies only to the Product when purchased through us or an authorised reseller. The warranty does not apply to any non-Wombat Ware product, even if packaged or sold with the Product. The warranty excludes without limitation any scratching or surface damage to any non-Wombat Ware product, even if packaged or sold with the Product. This warranty applies only to the normal use of the Product, normal wear and tear excepted, in accordance with written use instructions, if any, provided with the Product (either in writing or through a hyperlink to such instructions). This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the Product.
