Important note: Order processing times are separate from the shipping times shown at checkout.
All orders for products In Stock are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
For products that are Not In Stock, it is typically going to take around 2-4 weeks for the products to be back in stock or as advised on the product page.

We currently ship domestically within Australia. We also ship internationally. Please contact us (Contact Us Page) if you would like to be updated about any changes.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (within Australia)
There are currently 2 options for shipping in Australia:
1. Standard shipping - $10 (2 to 8 business days)
2. Express shipping - $15 (1 to 4 business days)
This might be available at a later stage.
We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. At the moment, it is only standard shipping and the estimated time is 10-25 business days (depending on your location).
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Wombat Ware is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order after 25 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us on our Contact Us Page with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We will send a link to customers to track their order if available.
